As a Risk Analyst at The Link you will use your knowledge of risk management, leading criteria and data analytics in monitoring and maintaining our decisions quality and where it can be improved as well as help build a highly scalable lending team.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead proactive and reactive deep dives
  • Build, own and maintain  accurate and coherent dashboards performance tracking dashboards for the Risk Operations team
  • Improve existing policies and workflows and help build a strong, scalable process
  • Work on portfolio management projects that require data-driven analytics and insights
What We Look For:
  • 2 years of working experience as a data-driven analyst
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Analytical and detail oriented

Account Manager

Account Managers to join our team and represent our Factoring product. You'll speak with small and medium-sized business owners who need your help. You will close leads and will be responsible for up-selling services.

What You'll Do:
  • A demonstrated passion for selling
  • Willingness to learn - factoring and lines of credit might be new to you but everyone can learn

  • Assist prospects throughout the approval cycle, starting with the completion of an application and ending when a prospect makes an initial fund
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects in various stages of the cycle on an ongoing basis
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota targets by effectively selling and up-selling both Line of Credit and investment opportunities
  • Provide an excellent client experience for the first 30 days of account ownership
  • Qualify potential clients to ensure the right product is presented
  • Work with the underwriting team to ensure proper documentation and key financial information is collected from the prospect, so the highest possible offer can be given

  • Minimum 2 years of outbound/inbound telephone sales experience

Account Recievables

The Link’s Accounts Receivables personnel is a customer-focused, possesses critical thinking skills, and loves solving problems. They have a detective mindset, is curious about root causes, and handles challenges with positivity and grit. They are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and is able to make independent decisions with good judgment.

What You'll Do:
  • Assist and support customers maintaining strict adherence to corporate policies
  • Through email and phone support, communicate effectively with past due accounts to find solutions that help borrowers recover
  • Review hardship requests and/or negotiate settlements with borrowers, and their representatives, as needed
  • Assist in developing visualization tools to report out on team efficiency and performance metrics
  • Work with the external vendors and partners or integrate new vendors to improve workflow efficiency and portfolio performance.
  • Collect all  financial payment and process the payment on a daily  basis.
  • Provide communication to Risk Analyst of market trends that deem necessary to collect payment.
